There is relatively little that I did in CRO that isn't at least similar in MF. I was by no means a power user, but did more than the basics, and also supplemented Cronometer with personal spreadsheets and formula. This information is taken from the perspective of how I used Cronometer. This evolved to a more industry standard body building diet and landing on Cronometer as my app of choice.
